Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Northridge Travels Corp. website and your engagement of our travel consultancy services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

Northridge Travels Corp. is a travel consultancy incorporated in the Philippines, with its registered office at 8th Floor, Sun Plaza Building, 1507 Shaw Blvd. cor. Princeton St., Wack Wack Greenhills, City of Mandaluyong, Second District, NCR 1550, Philippines. We serve clients located anywhere in the world.

2. Nature of Our Services — Advisory Only

Northridge Travels is a travel consultancy and advisory service only. We research, design, and recommend itineraries — we do not book, purchase, hold, confirm, or take payment for any flight, hotel, tour, transport, insurance policy, or other travel arrangement on your behalf. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking intermediary, and we do not act as an agent for any airline, hotel, or other supplier.

All bookings are made directly by you, the client, with the airline, hotel, tour operator, or other supplier of your choice, using the recommendations, routing, and options we provide. Your relationship with each supplier — including payment, ticketing, and their terms and conditions — is between you and that supplier. Northridge Travels is not a party to that transaction.

3. Consultations and Itinerary Proposals

• Initial consultations and itinerary proposals are non-binding until our consultancy fee quote is accepted and payment is received.
• Pricing referenced in an itinerary (airfares, room rates, tour costs) reflects publicly available or supplier-quoted information at the time of our research. It is indicative only and may change by the time you book — availability, fares, and rates are controlled entirely by the relevant supplier, not by us.
• Before booking, it is your responsibility to verify current pricing, availability, schedules, and terms directly with each supplier, and to review all names, dates, and documentation requirements for accuracy.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments you make to us cover our consultancy and advisory fee only — they never include airfare, accommodation, tours, insurance, or any other travel cost, all of which you pay directly to your chosen suppliers.
• Accepted payment methods and any applicable fee schedule will be communicated to you at the time of engagement.
• Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. Northridge Travels does not store your full card number or sensitive payment credentials.
• Your finished itinerary and recommendations are delivered once our consultancy fee is paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellations, changes, and refunds relating to our consultancy fee are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because we do not make bookings on your behalf, any cancellation or change to a flight, hotel, tour, or other supplier arrangement is handled directly between you and that supplier, under that supplier's own terms.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate personal and travel information for us to plan around
• Making and paying for your own bookings directly with your chosen airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers, using our recommendations
• Verifying current pricing, availability, and schedule details directly with suppliers before booking, as these may have changed since our research
• Reviewing and complying with the booking, payment, and cancellation terms of each supplier you book with
• Ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation for your itinerary
• Meeting health, vaccination, or insurance requirements applicable to your trip
• Arranging appropriate travel insurance for your trip

Northridge Travels is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information you provide, bookings you make (including pricing, availability, or supplier errors), missed documentation deadlines, or failure to meet entry requirements of your destination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northridge Travels' liability for any claim arising from our consultancy services is limited to the consultancy fees you paid us for the relevant engagement. Because we do not book, hold, or process payment for any travel arrangement, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing, availability, delays, cancellations, or insolvency of any airline, hotel, tour operator, insurer, or other supplier, nor for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Force Majeure

Northridge Travels is not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemic or public health emergencies, war, civil unrest, or government action. In such cases, we will, where possible, help you think through alternative options — but because we do not hold or manage your bookings, any rebooking, change, or refund must be arranged directly by you with the relevant supplier under that supplier's own policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Northridge Travels name and compass emblem — is the property of Northridge Travels Corp. or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mandaluyong City, Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
